Plans
Smart Tuition
VCS partners with Smart Tuition (http://www.smarttuition.com/) to
collect and manage tuition payments. Enrollment in
this program is mandatory for all families. This effort will
streamline your payments and provide convenience as you authorize
your bank or credit card company (Master Card, American Express or
Discover) to automatically transfer funds to Smart Tuition on the
installment payment dates.
Smart Tuition Fee (Per Family) $43.00 (collected by Smart Tuition
with first tuition payment in August)
Paying tuition by EFT method: We strongly encourage all families to
help us keep our administrative costs down and improve monthly cash
flow by opting to pay via EFT method!
Full Payment Plan
Full payment due on/before September 15 2010. Families who choose to fulfill their obligation under this plan receive a 5% payment discount.
Ten-Month (10) Plan
Total Cost of tuition is broken out over a ten month billing cycle. First month's payment due August 1st, continuing monthly through May 1st.
Due Date
Families who choose to fulfill their obligation under the 10-month payment plan are expected to have their payments processed through Smart Tuition 5th of each month. A grace period is extended through the 15th of each month.
Service Charge
A $35.00 service charge is applied to those accounts that do not have their monthly payment in on or before the 15th of each month.
