Tuition and Financial Aid

RFE2.jpg

A number of factors contribute to making Valley Christian School such an exceptional value in education. Since 1974 -- Valley has been the recipient of the support, funds, and prayers of Huntingdon Valley Presbyterian Church. Being a mission of the Church, a substantial amount of the cost associated with housing the school is absorbed by the congregation.

Valley is blessed with a staff of dedicated Christians who view their association with the school as a ministry rather than a job. This is reflected in the tenure of many of the teachers here at Valley. Our children benefit from the fruit of their ministry.

Finally, the family plays the most important role. The education of our children falls upon parents and teachers alike. Valley has a most impressive history of parent participation. Through the many hours of time given by our volunteer parents, Valley is able to meet aggressive goals in keeping the tuition at the most affordable levels possible.

Valley Christian School admits students of any race, color, national, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, and ethnic origin, or gender as created by God, in the admissions process or in the implementation of its programs or activities.

Tuition Reduction Opportunities

There are many creative ways to reduce the cost of tuition.

VCS encourages word-of-mouth advertising by offering a coupon voucher for tuition reduction if a family enrolls their child at Valley because of your initial recommendation. Click on the "Referral Rewards" button for more information.

VCS participates in RaiseRight, an organization that allows you to purchase gift cards from hundreds of popular retailers.  A percentage of the money you spend with the retailer is deducted from your tuition in the spring.  Many families have saved hundreds of dollars in tuition by purchasing these gift cards for everyday purchases at food stores, department stores, restaurants, Amazon, etc. Click on "RaiseRight" for more information.
